Windows 10 Reservation Disappeared After July 29

I used reservation app before July 29 to confirm Windows 10 install and accepted choice to have install done 3 days later. Checked later on July 29 for status and was informed "your reservation in confirmed , install will be done on date and time reserved". But now find that app has disappeared. Also find that install was attempted on July 29 but failed.

Microsoft seems to have given me false commitments? Since install was attempted but failed can I have this re-attempted?

What was the reason it failed?
It's probably worth contacting Microsoft.

Windows 10 had to be activated on or before July 29th. If not the free upgrade goes away. Activation occurs whenever the install is done not when downloaded and scheduled.

As per first reply, I contacted Microsoft --- went to Win10 website then ContactUs then Chat --- was given link to download install file -- installed Win10. Was told that reservations like mine made by July 29 would be honored.
