Windows Live account disappeared

I discovered that my phone contacts had disappeared, I could not update WP7 applications, and could not log into Zune. I then discovered that I could not log into Windows Live anymore, because my account ID was no longer valid.

I have been using my WP7 (HD7) for almost a year successfully up to a few days ago, including purchasing applications.

I have not used Windows Live email for many months, although I use the Windows Live account for other WP7 activities.

I plant to call Microsoft on Monday to see if my account can be re-instated. Any other advice on what I should do?

Can you log in to your Live account on the web?

I believe you loose your free Windows Live email if you don't log in for a long period of time. I don't know if it can be reinstated. I would agree with Figure 8 Dash that you should see if you can log in on the web.

I cannot log into my Windows Live account online. I have not logged in for several months. However, there has been activity using this account, since I have been downloading and updating applications.

Any suggestions on what I should do?

ouch yea if u don't use windows live email after awhile ur account can get deactivated.

maybe you can contact live services or something and live chat and get it figured out or reactivated!
