So I was trying to make sure my contacts were up to date before attempting the mango update on my Arrive. I went into menu > settings > applications > people and selected "sync" with my windows live account. Windows Live then downloaded a bunch of old contacts I deleted last month and erased all my new/current contacts.
Any idea why my newer contacts were not correctly synced to windows live? They aren't even in the recently deleted section of live so they are apparently lost.
Only thing I noticed is my "download new content" option was set to manual.
