Windows Photo Flash( Preparing the Phone..)

Hello Sir/Ma`am,
i bought the Windows Photo Flash from USA(Chicago), Now i am using it in India. Now the problem is once i copy some data(songs,videos,files)
It automatically deleted within two days, the message pops up " Preparing the Phone..." and after some time once this messages goes my whole data got deleted. Please help me to fix this issue.
