Windows Store - My Library VS Downloads and Updates

When I check for Updates on Windows Store > Downloads and Updates, there are updates available such as Touch, Glance Screen, etc.

However, when I go to My Library, Glance Screen is categorized as Not Compatible for this Device. Should I Update it or not?

Using latest version of Windows Store on Lumia 640 XL LTE Dual Sim W10

Any valid updates will appear in the Download area when you Check For Updates and these should install. In My Library you will see older apps from older phones and the desktop which will be Not Compatible. Even though Glance may be in both places, only the download ones will be valid.

Note that Update has improved in every OS update, so make sure you have the latest Windows Mobile release.

Go to Store, and search and install SysApp Pusher. Then openit and start from there

Yesterday, Store got some server iussues, today everything works fine

It's been like this since I upgraded with the official release of W10. Checked for Updates on Updates, mine is said to be updated.

Do you mean it is abnormal that I see the same app, not compatible on the other and says update it on the other?

I performed hard reset and formatted my SD card a lot of times (want to have a very clean stable OS), and status shows the same. As of now, the not installed apps do not show on as Update Available on "Downloads and Updates" and proceed to update the Not recommended apps. If I decide to make another hard reset in the future, I'll check again and provide screenshots
