Xbox music error code C00D7176

I've been having issues with listening to music downloaded to my phone via music pass. Before a song is downloaded to my phone, it plays fine. After I download it, I'm met with an annoying message.... "Were sorry. We cant play this file on your phone. Error code: C00D7176"
Soft reset and hard reset did not fox this issue. Any ideas?
 
I've been having the same issue for several days. And a song I was listening to last night spit out that error today. Its doing it with music downloaded on my computer as well.
