Yikes, switched my Contacts from Gmail to People (Outlook) and texts went beserk

First all my Text message threads went to read only. No big deal.

Second it started to not even let me send a text or receive them, or send pictures.

Call Verizon, I reset my phone and now I am getting 4+ copies of the same texts from friends and 50/50 on sending pictures AND texts.

This is driving me crazy, I went thru this type of stuff last year with a Nexus and Razr Maxx... and I have no idea how to fix it.

welp, teir 2 customer service told me to exchange it tomorrow, hopefully that will work and I hope to get another killer battery :/

Anyone else having problems since Sunday the 16th? I just got a new phone and now I cant even send a normal text out. This is not good.
