YouTube playback options randomly disappear.

Why is it that sometimes, you will only be able to playback YouTube videos in LQ ( Low Quality? ) I use SuperTube and MetroTube, and both of them suddenly lost their HQ and 720 options.

I think reception can affect which quality you can use to stream and some videos aren't uploaded as hd, so you can only watch in hq.

My Wi-FI was doing fine, and it was every video in every app that was streamed and not downloaded, was only available in LQ.
