Do you see these Windows 10 quirks?

I started with an upgrade, then decide to do a clean install. After my upgrade, I could not type in the "find a setting" box, in settings. Compatible programs were uninstalled. I didn't even see a post upgrade report.

After my clean install. Screen saver works at first, then stops working. Folder views, apply to all folders, always forgets my view. System protection I turn off (I use robocopy and wbadmin scheduled tasks) to another drive and network location, that turns itself back on.

Are you seeing any quirks like these?

I have gone both ways, upgrade and fresh installation, and after playing with both versions, well, i prefer the fresh installation, feels like more stable than upgrade somehow.
