Incorrect Time on Incoming Messages

Guys, I noticed that the time on my messages is incorrect. Is there a way around this?

It's only incorrect on the 'messaging' app. I checked WhatsApp and Kik and both display correct times for incoming messages.

I had a similar issue when i put the dev preview on my 925,
and found that the time was wrong on the phone, If u switch off auto update of time and enter the time in manualy it should fix it

I am in india, and my incoming message time is always 7-10 min ahead then original time. I have set clock automatically and manually also, but no change. Also outgoing message is time is displayed correct, but for recipient it is different.

Any solution to this problem?
