Hi, I just bought an unlocked Verizon Lumia Icon. When I was setting up the phone after a factory reset, a message telling me insert a Sim card came up although I already have my Sim inserted. After skipping the message, my phone was working properly with phone and data functions.
The problem is that i noticed a transparent message in the background saying that Activation Failed and i should insert a Sim card and reboot the phone. I cant close the message since its in the background and resetting the phone would not help to get rid of the message.
Does anybody have any idea as to how to get rid of this message?? Any help is appreciated.
