My kids can't access apps and their very upset

I have done family settings and even though they been sent emails etc they still cannot access anything very frustrated kids not to mention a very stressed mother please send step by step guidelines

You'll probably have to provide more info (like what exactly happens when they try to do something - is there a message on screen?) but here are the basics for Windows 10 family settings.

1. with your Parent account, log into account.microsoft.com.
2. Click Family in the menu.
3. On the right find Apps, Games & Media. Check the restrictions there & make any changes
4. While there go ahead and check the other sections - Screen Time, Web Browsing etc.

What happens on my PC is that if my kid tries to do something that's blocked, they can request permission to do it. I get the mail to my parent account, click the link, and then the kid's account can do it. So check your email for those requests.
