Is w10m launch globally like w10 pc update or region/market format ?

Hey guys w10m update is now loading......resuming...........and coming soon. What's about its official release is it released all over the world or region/market format?

Right now phones that are running WM10 (that are shipping with WM10) are getting updates (non-insider). However phones running 8.1 -> to WM10 still need OEM and Carrier approval + feedback.

Never the less there was article recently indicating that T-mobile (Germany) will soon rollout updates for older phones (phones which they carry). So I would imagine any time this Q1.

LOL if we knew dates we could make a fortune selling them...
