The local microsoft store wouldn't replace it anymore. But I was able to get it warranty fixed, but itll take about 10 days according to the microsoft rep online. This is ridiculous, I love using my band - but I wish they had a changeable band.

Would like to see a changeable band on a future model, not sure how they'd do it in an affordable way though as the strap isn't just a strap as it has the battery on it, but also I assume wiring inside it to connect things like the UV sensor from the clasp

Just demand a store credit and wait for Band 3 (only about 4 months at most) Band 2 was a flop.

I just took one back. Luckily in the UK, we have some great consumer laws. It was my second one and still caused my eczema to flare up. I returned it as unfit for purpose due to the fact the metal contains nickel and it reacts with the salt in sweat. The straps are a joke. Have you gone to Global Escalation? They are pretty good, especially when you kick off and threaten to post on every windows forum!
