620 touchscreen unresponsive after recent nokia update?

I installed the most recent software and followed the steps instructed in the tutorial.
But I'm stuck on finding my device's code -see first attachment.
What's strange is that if i choose the refurbish option then the product code is shown -the second attachment. Any help on this?

Remove the predecessor from all the files with rm846 in it... Remember just remove whatever is before rm846. Hope it Helps!!!rly:

after replacing my degitizer i perform SW update for my lumia 620 after which my touch screen stopped working! Am thinking of flashing it but the nokia care suite cant locate the fiiles i just downloaded.

You can`t download firmware directly through Care Suite. Use Nokia Data Package Manager (may be included with Care Suite), NaviFirm+ or Nokia Software Updater for Retail. Firmware files must be located in

C:\ProgramData\Nokia\Packages\Products\RM-846

. Then flash your phone in recovery mode.
