Not an excuse. The Video hub, which performs a similar function is 10000000000000 times betterWhich kind of proves what a pain in the rear end it is to code on this system.![]()

Listen was one of the better ones, but it didn't work right overall.
I have to rely on Music Drop because my phone won't connect to the computer anymore for no reason at all. This means album art gets lost. MPATool no longer works, so I really didn't have another choice.
Using another music app still means the volume control window links you to the awful new app. It also doesn't auto-update for new music, so if I downloaded something from the store, it wouldn't show up.
Just too many issues and overall not worth it for me anymore.![]()

MPA tool definitely doesn't work.MPA tool works just fine for me on wp8.1.
Not necessarily true, What it shows me is that the team working on Xbox music are either a group of idiots, not testing their own software or are falling to the pressure of a public that has the patience of a dog with a slab of beef within inches of their noses.
Yup, tried it yesterdayI can confirm that MPA Tool can no longer place album art. It can place artist pictures so long as you use the old app.
Just signed up for a free Xbox music pass. Thinking about leaving Spotify for Xbox music. The problem is my icon won't recognize my music pass. I'm running 8.1. Any suggestions?
I have exchanged an email with Nils, the developer of MPAtool, and he told me that there are several fundamental issues and changes with the new app, thus he cannot figure out how to bypass these. He will try to make the app work with the new music app, but can't promise anything :unhappy:
But why do you need a robust and amazing app like MPATool when you have Xbox Music changing all your tags for you! Nothing like having your Billy Joel albums tagged as Avril Lavigne!![]()
