I have 928 so I know what it has that 925 (tmobile) doesn't___
-Built in wireless charging (know about cover for 925)
-32GB memory
-Xenon flash

But what 925 has except its unique designs and Wifi calling (I don't know what it is, but I'm sure I don't need it)?

Screens are the same, its the 920 that's the odd one out.

The 925 has an extra lens, not sure what the exact benefits are.
you pretty much know what there is to know.

The six element lens were designed to increase sharpness, I think. It didn't really prove to be very useful.

I didn't know that.. It's a shame Nokia take xenon out from top Lumia devices. It's make a HUGE difference.

People with the 1020 complained of yellowish photos with the flash, that could have possibly been attributed to the Xenon flash, thus the decision to not use it anymore.

Actually 928 takes yellowish pictures, with and without flash. But they are a bit sharper than 925 (less yellowish)
Weird, pictures taken with flash usually display more detail as the camera can turn down the ISO because of the huge amount of light.
