Hello, I'm using Nokia Lumia 1020, I even can say that i am very happy Lumia user, well until I got OIS problem which is fully hardware. Yes its the same squizzzing sound which many of you have when focusing on particular distance and angle. Yes when shooting photos it's not so big deal but when it comes to videos it may turn your records into piece of ****! So I'm not working this just to complain. I want to ask all of you Lumia users to provide a feedback about the the quality of your phones. I thing it's not good PR to sale flagship phones with prices comparable to galaxy S6 and to iPhone's ones and not to offer compatible build quality and durability. Yes I love Windows Phone (Windows 10), but, if what I wrote above will not become reality I will switch to Galaxy or iPhone.

I fully support the idea of hitting up Microsoft and reporting problems with your phones. The more feedback MS gets, the more they can see patterns in their devices and they also see their users care enough to say something.

At the moment I'm little worried that the current Lumia flagship 1020 has been released in late 2013 and Microsoft hasn't come up with any new breaking / major ideas since. The problem is little softened by that neither have Samsung or Apple, but at least they have updated their flagship phones. How long can Microsoft sell flagship that nearly 2 years old.

It's not the flagship, the 930 is the flagship.
Or the 1520, but that's pretty big and recently discontinued or something.

Also the One M8 for Windows was supposed to be the fancy offering for last year.
