[All Platforms] Sign in problem, will not login

I can't connect my new band to my phone, both windows phone and android can't not sign in to my account
Windows Phone says Network Error at the first screen "Just a few seconds..." screen, Android lets my sign in, enter 2 step code, and then after login it says "An error occurred when signing in". The Desktop app says "Were having trouble signing you in"

I am very mad not that at the store they cold not set it up, and the phone support don't know what to do

Solved: My name was the problem, most likely was because it was "Akuserarēta" and the ē may have been the problem. After I change it I was able to login, now I changed it back all is good
