Am having problem connecting my Windows phone in my Honda CR-V new model. Can anyone help?

I had no difficulty connecting to my previous car, the 2.2 Dtec E but the new 1.6 will not accept it. Even the Honda boys don't seem to be able to sort it. All suggestions appreciated. Thanks, Fearless.
