Are they going to fix the loading problem for the 1020 Home Screen?

Loading.... for my 1020 Home Screen

Microsoft should release an update to fix the loading... issue for those phone who are experiencing it, I tried to soft reset my phone multiple times and yes I was able to see my home screen but after using for an hour it went back to loading.... and soft reset again and loading still exist...

This is a pretty common issue not specific to the 1020, so there's a high likelihood MS know about this bug already.
