battery saver not opening!

Guys I installed wp 8.1 dev. Preview and when I try to open battery saver option in settings it does not opens! Please suggest me how to do it.. I need to find out which app is consuming my battery .. As for now I am using other 3rd party app .. Please help! Asap

Did you Reboot your phone? if that still don't work do a Soft Reset

How to do soft reset? I only know that reset in which all data is removed

Same here. Lumia 820 (AT&T unlocked) and I have no Battery Saver app, and Battery Saver in settings will not open. :\ I've rebooted my phone, no luck. Any ideas?

To do Soft Reset Hold Volume Down + Power button for about 10 seconds till you feel the phone vibrate,if that don't work,hard reset might be required
