Best digital store to buy and rent movies on Windows Phone?

I'm new to WP coming from Android and I purchased and rented a lot of content through my phone on the Google play store and then would use the chromecast to watch them on our TV. What's most WP users using for similar functionality? Or is there not anything similar out there.
