Blu Win HD video playback problem

I'm getting a message that the Blu forum is not accepting posts, so I'll put this here; please feel free to move it. Has anyone found a solution to the problem playing back HD videos after updating to wp8.1 GDR2? If I need to wait for wp10, that's not a big deal, but I'd rather fix it now, if possible. Thanks in advance...

Any ideas? I have a 640 now, but would still like to have the Blu Win functioning properly. Thanks
