Camera shutter speed settings

Ever since the Black update no camera app supports "4s" shutter speed anymore. The maximum is "1s". Is this a bug, or is this intentional? Any workarounds?

*I had the "4s" option on my Lumia 520
*When i bought 525 (with black update pre-installed) it didn't have the "4s" option. Highest was 1s. Now it has WP8.1, still no "4s" option.
*Higher end phones are not affected
*Last i heard there were some reports for phones as high-end as an 820

Is this happening to anyone else?

yes Lumia 520 after black update has 1sec as highest shutter speed where as my Lumia 920 can capture at 4sec . This is not related with OS updates (windows phone 8/8.1). Amber update(firmware update from Nokia) introduced nokia camera to Lumia family (with new camera algorithms) but with black update they changed camera algorithms
I do hope they will get back 4s shutter sped back with cyan update for windows phone 8.1 :smile:
