Can I get some help with a ring problem on my Lumia 640 LTE?

Problem with rings Lumia 640 LTE

Hi, please can anybody help me with ring problem on Lumia 640 LTE (WM8.1).
From January somtimes my phone not ring, messages, calls, alarm clock, nothing ring,
after restart phone is everything ok. But after few days are problem back and phone is without ringin . Have anybody same problem, or solution?

I would try a soft reset and failing that a hard reset.

If neither reset option helps then warranty your phone.
