Can I upgrade to build 10581 from 10586.29 safely (ive hard rested my phone )?

can uprage to build 10581 from 10586.29 safely (i"ve hard rested my phone ) ?

i have a lumia 1020 ! running W10M build 10581 ! i did a hard reset on this build ! now my concerns are about the reboot loop !can i pass it by just the hardware vombination (volume down + lock ) and if i did this what is the OOBE ?
ps : i can use the recover tools because my phone can be detected by any PC :/

yes, upgrade your phone and use the 'hardware key combination' shown in your mail if your phone goes into a reboot loop.
OOBE is the 'out of box experience', i.e. what yout phone would do from new, where it asks for your region and other details.
