Can you update to W10 production build on 1520 after reverting back to 8.1

I want to get off the fast ring and onto the official production build. When I revert to 8.1 using the Device Recovery Tool, and I check for updates, will I be able to update to an official build of W10? Or is insider the only option for 1520?

Maybe a silly question but I want to be sure before I do this.

The 1520 is officially supported for Windows 10 Mobile, so you should be able to download Upgrade Advisor, run it and then go to phone update to download and install said update. Insider is not needed for that phone.
