Help! I installed the w10m Insider preview on my lumia 630. I have used it for days, then it suddenly won't let me type my pin. I let it sit for 2 hours then I tried to unlock it again. But it did not. I finally decided to hard reset it using the button combination. Then, I got into the cog wheels up until the bar reaches the end of it. Then, BAM! Sad face. I have tried using the windows phone recovery tool for days, but it always ends up in an error saying that something is invalid.

What should I Do now? Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Is your phone still under warranty? The warranty is usually 12 months after the date of purchase.

You may want to take it to a service center for repair. Note that if the service center knows that the Insider preview was used in your phone they could immediately void the warranty.

I believe it's still under warranty. But microsoft service centers are really rare here in the philippines. Heartbreaking..

There's one in Alimall, Cubao, Quezon City. I'm presuming that you live in NCR, though. Look for Aikontech.

Nonetheless, I think one of our users has posted an image of what appears to be a Microsoft Store soon to be opened in South Mall, Pasay City, so pretty soon Microsoft Service centers should start to arrive as well.
