[Concept] Windows Phone 10 Concept! (New Start Screen, Action Center and "Hubs")

I like the slight shadow of the tiles, it keeps the originality of windows phone tiles and not too much like my wife's android SG5. I mean there's probably a million different ways you can go with this but being able to find the right one that suits at least some of the people and if they don't like it, have custom options to make it more suitable for them.
