Cortana weather/location issue?

For some reason today Cortana is not responding to questions about weather or anything "near me" such as find restaurants?

This was after a hard reset without restore.

All location services are working, and if I ask "where am I?" it is correct...

Anyone else having this issue?

All other chit chat options work, but weather and place questions search Bing.

I just checked and weather is working for me. Maybe some update in your region is going on. Try later.
