Display caller name of people from Exchange server

I have my phone hooked up with company's Exchange server. I can send/receive email, synchronize calendar perfectly. I can also go to people hub to search names in my company's directory and make phone call from there.

But is it possible to display the caller's name if the caller is from my company's directory?

can you sync contacts from your company's directory with your people hub? i believe if the contacts are saved in your people hub than yes, the caller's name should be displayed

I don't want to do so. My company has thousands of employees.
