Downloading update [confirmed WP8.1 Cyan]

My model is available for the Lumia Cyan update on the Nokia site (Lumia 925 Country (UK) variant 3051.50009.1424.0007 Available Available Available ), but my phone has no update. Do I have to be in the UK to get this (I have changed all Country info in settings, from the US to UK) ?

in uk on three good old three in no rush to do anything
do i need to turn all settings back to uk when update comes to three and will uk ver have quite hours not to fussed about cortana ?

No.. There is no urgent need for this at the moment, Use something like 'Connectivity Tiles' if you want an instant toggle. It's the same thing as having a toggle in AC....
