Hey everyone,

I was curious, because I know we all have phones we've loved, phones we've hated, and phones we're somewhere in between on. So I'm wondering, if you could meld all the best aspects of different Windows Phones into one, perfect phone for the upcoming WP8.1 OS to run on, what features would you pick, and why?
I.E. 1020 Camera, Icon screen size, 920 design, etc.

Dream WP8 phone;

Lumia 1520 specs in a 5inch form factor, i.e. the Lumia icon. Really hoping that it is released here in HK.

925 Body
2 GB ram
20 MP camera
4.5 -5.0 screen size (1080p of course)
on screen navigation controls
Quad band Radios
MicroSD support
once it has a Micro SD card minimum internal storage to be 16 GB would be fine

That's all I ask am modest :)

Icon as is but with xenon flash or plus 1020's camera. That would be enough for me

4.2 inch HD or not, 928 body, 2 gb ram, qi charging, 8gb of built would be fine as long as you gave me SD upto 64 gb, 1520 camera, lighter than the 920 but heavier than the 925, not amoled screen on att and Verizon....

Seems doable?

1520 2 GB ram
1020 camera & xenon flash
1520 screen size & ips display
920 qi charging
925 build
520 SD card slot

- 5-5.2" screen;
- Body similar to 925 but with a little less bezel;
- 1080p;
- Snapdragon 805;
- 20MP camera;
- HDMI out.

925 or 720 style body, with different color options.
1080p 4.7~5.0 inch AMOLED screen with software keys, small bezel.
Snapdragon 801 or 805 and 2GB RAM.
20 MP camera, with or without Xenon flash.
Qi wireless charging and SD card slot.
Notification LED for notifications from a distance, and Glance for notifications when nearby.

This is way out there, but..... I'd be all over this.

Full Win 8/8.1 Pro (Win 9 Pro)
4 GB RAM
32 GB storage / SSD HD
4-4.5" display, HD or not.
USB 3 for connection to docking station (external monitors, keyboard, mouse, drives)
SD slot
Removable battery
20MP or so camera, HD Video recording
+ all other usual connectivity options

My dream phone would be a successor to the 1020:

- Lumia 1020 41mp camera module or maybe the Pelican camera instead.
- 920 style body, but thinner (if possible), with a gloss white finish.
- 5" - 5.5" 1080p AMOLED screen.
- Snapdragon 800 or successor.
- 64gb of internal storage.
- as much RAM as the phone needed to run flawlessly (if that's only 2gb, fine with me).

If I could get my hands on this, I'd be in for the long haul, without any interest in getting another phone. For my needs, I can't imagine needing 64-bit cpu, 2k display, 8-core cpu, etc. I'd like to think that we've hit a plateau with regards to the spec wars.
