As much as I would like to use this band, I think I am going back to my Garmin watch. It just takes too much user input. First of all, I'm lucky if it captures 2/3rds of the shots. I am constantly having to correct the score. The GPS seems to work fairly well, but you need to hit the action button each time and it can take 5-15 seconds for it to display. Doesn't seem like a lot of time, but it is a nuisance. It is pretty good at advancing to the correct hole, but sometimes it doesn't and you need to correct that as well. I played today and somewhere along the back 9 it lost track of where it was and it took a little effort to get back to the correct hole. IMO, it has potential, but is not there yet.
Myroundpro.com has potential as well, but also has some issues. It doesn't track the location for all of the shots. I assume this is because I did not press the GPS button before every shot. Consequently, if it doesn't track all the shots, the data it provides is inaccurate. It is also difficult to go back and correct all the shots.
I love my band for everything else, but I'm afraid the golf app still needs some work. I'm hoping there will be an update in the not too distant future.
