Groove won't add local music on PC or Phone

When I point to where my music collection is nothing is added., on my PC. When I copy music folders to SD card for window phone, only folders are copied and not the music files.

What the hell is going on?

the copying process completes without any issue? And are your songs stored locally and in a format recognised by groove? Have you tried a different folder with some songs copied to it to see if it can detect them?

Try again but do one folder at a time, I have seen this with multiple folders, but never with single ones.
