Halo Spartan assault

There was an when the Lumia 1520 came out I believe it a 20 dollar voucher and a free copy of Halo Spartan assault. I downloaded the and erased it cause was not gonna play it. I tried downloading again this week at it tried to charge me, I went to WP webpage so I can view my purchased and downloaded content I found the game but says this app is no longer published here us the screenshot:

My Guess is during the week the offer was valid they put the app in the app store under a different publisher code to separate it from the paid version I 1520 1 day before the offer expired and downloaded it just in time (funny thing was nobody in the Microsoft store I bought the phone at knew anything about the offer I just went to the app store to see if it was free or I deeded redemption code). on the add showing the free copy I Remember reading that they would limit it to one download only for that device I guess they are serious. the only thing I can think of besides paying for the download would be illegal by copying the installation files off of a friends phone.

that is one of the small things I like about my ipad and iphone 5s vs my nokia 2520 and 1520 is that the game center on the iphone synchs up with the ipad and the app store synchs up but I can see why this is not true on the nokia because windows rt and windows phone 8 are different

This is stupid cause now I have to pay for the game and on the windows phone website appears paid.

I did and it appears has purchased 11/23/2013 but also says app is no longer published.
