[Help!] 'Hey Cortana' menu doesn't appears in All Settings

Hello everyone,

As Windows Central pointed few hours ago, Lumia 930 users on Brazil's TIM network has just received the Denim update (OS version 8.10.14226.359).

But, despite the extra+info are showing the Denim update and Cortana and the new camera features are working perfectly, the menu 'Hey Cortana' does not appears in my settings:

I already reseted and soft reseted the phone, turned Cortana off and on again and nothing worked. I searched and nobody seems to have this issue, so I would be glad if someone could please help me.

Cortana isn't officially available in Brazil yet. You may be bypassing that by changing your regional settings. However, your carrier firmware probably does not include the Hey Cortana feature since Cortana is not supported in your region.
