How can I retrieve photos that I have deleted in June of 2013 back on my phone?

I deleted some pictures off my phone, Im trying to get them back to my phone or somehow to my email so that I can put them on my new phone or an SD card, I wanted to know if I can get them through Google or what?? The phone is not activated anymore.

You can try but you won't have much luck with any commercially available tools for consumers and this true for pretty much all modern smartphones (unless the o/s includes a recycle bin of sorts). There used to be a file explorer app that somewhat was able to gain some limited root access on windows phone but that has been long removed. You will be hard pressed to find a working xap file to even get it to side load. You could try something like getdatabackntfs but I doubt you will get much out off a phone.

You can't restore any files if they were deleted from the phone memory.
If they were deleted from SD card, there still is a chance if the files on the card were not overwritten several times.
