How can I take a picture and save in app local folder WP8.1?

take a picture and save in app local folder wp8.1

Hi

i have one button and one listbox [ image name (ex:image001 incremental),image, cross image[to remove from list]) . so if i click on button it should go to camera view and once user click on ok button the image has to save in app local folder[not in gallery].and again if user clicks on image it has to preview.

1) are you designing an app?

2) is this an issue with a particular app or o/s build?
