How to get MMS and Group Texts on the BLU Win HD on Metro PCS

I recently bought a BLU Win HD off EBay and got it working on Metro PCS's network, but I cannot send or receive group texts. How can I fix this?

You need to configure MMS settings under access point in settings. Once that is done, you need to enable group text under message settings.
