Love it. Handy, easy, and it Syncs for updates on the computer. Wife and I can share it through Family room when planning for a trip.

Re: How many of you OneNote on Windows Phone?

I've used one note for work stuff everyday for years (2008), so it's awesome to have it synced with my phone. I use it daily. I have personal, work, archive and quicknote work books, all with tabs and pages, it's quite awesome.

EDIT:
Thinking back, one note 2003 when it first came out, I used when I went back to school in the way back, Was great for note taking even back then.

I think the problem people have with one note is they try to make it a task list, it's not, it's a NOTE TAKING APP, like taking notes.. of meetings, classes, cases/tickets, phone conversations. if you want to make a note a reminder, you can (with outlook integration on the desktop, haven't tried on phone. probably something there too), but it's about the best note taking application I've ever used.

I use it all the time. In fact, my wife got it for her DROID, and she uses it, too. It is one of my top 5 apps.

Have never used it or office at all. Wish there was an option to uninstall them, honestly. I just have no use for them really.

Re: How many of you OneNote on Windows Phone?

I've tried to use it, but it just doesn't make sense to me. I know Excel and Word and Notepad and they are all structured and formatted a certain way. OneNote just seems too..... free-form.... for my tastes. It seems kind of disorganized or too easy to go off in the weeds.

When I first got my WP I tried to use it for shopping lists, but my previous method was an Excel spreadsheet that held all the items I buy, sorted into categories. When I made my list for the week I would hide all the items I don't need, then print out the list and take it with me. I couldn't figure out how to do something similar with OneNote and found it too cumbersome to use in the store. I ended up downloading Easy Shopping app which does precisely what I want.

I have a few other tasks I could see using OneNote for, some notes and things, but I just don't really understand how to set up new things in OneNote and it doesn't seem obvious to me (or maybe what I expect it to do isn't what it does).

So... no, I don't use it.

All the time. Pretty much eliminates the need to bring my Surface and/or a notepad with me to meetings. The one feature I want is the ability to add new tabs from the WP app, though.

I've loved OneNote since it was first released. It's like having crack in my pocket.

OneNote's search function is priceless for me and the main reason I use it. I can search for "abcd" and results will show all notes with "abcd" in the title OR content / body.

I use it to print my online payment receipts. No need to print to paper for records. I have tabs created for most recurring online payments. Best thing is you can make payments from any machine, and the receipts will be stored in the same place. Also use it to print recipes, and other stuff that is worth keeping, that I find on internet

I use it for all kinds of notes except shopping lists. For that, I use Microsofts Shopping List app.

I do not. I'm not a fan of typing on touch screens much, nor am I big on taking notes or making shopping lists and such. It just doesn't fit into my needs much, Word does the job just fine.

you can lock the one note page on the desktop app but not on the phone, i use it a lot, i think this is the best office app, lot of people who use MS office at work on laptop dont know about onenote, we all know that MS doesn't know how to advertise, this is the best example.

I use it a lot! I love the sync with skydrive, so I always have access to updated notes, between my laptop, tablet, desktop and phone.

Regularly use it, like it used the note thing in iOS for little thoughts and shopping lists (prefer OneNote, looks brilliant)

Re: How many of you OneNote on Windows Phone?

I stopped taking notes once Microsoft took my stylus away. Where it once was easy to jot something down, now it is too cumbersome.

Samsung brings the stylus back in vogue and now it's the cat's a$$. Don't even get me started on infrared.
