I use it for everything. Tasks, notes, and especially the "print to onenote" is key. Synced across work laptop, desktop, surface, and Lumia. Boom.

Been using OneNote since it first came out on Windows Mobile 6.1, can't be beat. I only wish I could transfer .jnt files from Windows Journal (the end-all for notes).

I switched to One note 3 days back from evernote. So far im loving it. The skydrive sync is amazing and web one note works well too. The only thing that i haven't been able to figure out is how to sync my PC's evernote to the ones on phone. Also is there a feature to set reminders?

ONE NOTE is anyday better than evernote.

Also a long time One Note user. I've been using Skitch a lot for work, which has tipped the scales in Evernote's favor lately.

I stopped taking notes once Microsoft took my stylus away. Where it once was easy to jot something down, now it is too cumbersome.

I use it mostly for to do lists. I also use it for quick notes as I can pin them to my start screen, which is a killer feature for keeping a list of your college class room numbers.

I had a friend that kept going off on how great it was many years ago. I kept trying to wrap my brain around it, but just couldn't, Until I started using it on my phone, then things just 'clicked'. I guess the desktop version was just to much, but with the simplified interface on the phone, it now makes sense.

Now, I really want to go back to school just so I can really start using it to it's full potential (with a Surface Pro it would be incredible).

i was using one note since i bought wp8 ,but recently switched to evernote for its reminder facility, enhanced email features and added support in google chrome .

I use OneNote everyday on my Lumia 900. I have Office 2010, and never use OneNote 2010, which is odd, but I have my phone with me more often that I am in front of my computer.

I absolutely find OneNote invaluable. I also have the Note+ app, and use it every once in a while.

I use OneNote quite a lot. I use it mainly to get some random notes or details down quickly and I like how it syncs with SkyDrive for easy viewing on other devices. Also use it for a to-do list.

PITA to get around in it, but it's faster than Evernote. Needs major navigational overhaul and small tiles that are visually separable.

as i am using onenote regularly at work, it's great i can map directly to sharepoint site and edit the files from there.

for personal use, i am using it just for quick notes now and then, shopping lists, etc...

All the time. You can use it as a voice recorder and attach several recordings to one note.

OneNote is an indispensable jotterbook of my daily life. Have tried other similar 3rd-party apps but in the end, I'll still find myself going back to my beloved OneNote app. And it sync beautifully with my W8 tablet's OneNote app.

Use it extensively for voice notes, code snippets, reference sites, cooking recipes and sharing data with clients. It's handy to sync all the devices via Skydrive (desktop, tablet and WP). I don't really use the WP for taking notes, it's mostly use for consumption as I usually have the tablet with me.
