Hello login time on Lumia 950.

Proud Lumia 950 owners: How much time does Hello take to unlock your phone? Mine takes about 3 to 8 seconds, day time, with or without glasses.

Re: Hello login time on Lumia 950.

1-2 seconds indoors, total darkness, or outdoors facing away from the sun. If I am facing the sun, 0% success rate.

Under good conditions, it's very quick and takes less than a second. In bad, well, it depends. And yes, I also have 0 success rate if I'm facing the sun. Was quite annoying when I went on a skiing trip :/ However, what surprised me, if you wear a skiing goggles it can still recognize you and even quite fast.

It takes about 1-2 seconds with normal light maybe 2-3 in the dark. If you're having trouble use the improve hello, that does make a difference.

1-2 seconds in most conditions, it can take a bit longer, 2-3 seconds with my bifocal specs on and I have to line up carefully with those on.

Mine is pretty quick 1 - 2 seconds...especially since the .63 update. It even recognizes me through my sunglasses. Impressive.

Havent tried the .63 update. Some users complained battery life issues on the latest preview. How is yours?

With the recent update it seems to have gotten a little better with .71 but only time will tell.

Generally very quick. 1 possibly 2 seconds. I open my eyes wide open during the original setup, which I think helps.

.63 or newer is quite a difference in terms of speed and recognition.
Mine takes 1-2 seconds most of the time.

I just upgraded to .71.
Hello seems a bit better, yes. Though you have to know the distance, angle and eye aperture to make it work reliably.
General OS speed seems better as well. However battery life is not good till now.
