How stopping build downloading?

Phone continuosly tryes downloadin 65, even after exiting Insider and unlinking account, and several reboots and soft reset.
I made 2 WDRT and 2 HR in 5 days, I cannot do once more

Same issue here ....

Since I can't see any benefit doing beta testing for Microsoft for free I'd like to exit the "Insider program". Often basic things are not working (e.g. Copy&Paste) but using my phone for private and professional use and when such basic things are not working, I can't use the phone .....
