How to contact Nokia support (for $20 voucher)?

I'm having problem redeeming the $20 voucher for my 1520. On the error page it suggests me contact Nokia support. However, on the support page for US (Contact Nokia Support - Nokia - USA), all I got are Discussions, Twitter and Nokia for Business. How come there's no phone number, email or contact forms?



It'd be great if anyone can point out if I missed something obvious here.

I had to contact them for my $20 voucher as well. Took them 4 weeks to finally get me the voucher but it eventually worked. They're gonna ask for your IMEI number (which wont work, because if it did... it would have already). Just take a pic of your receipt or proof of purchase and email it to them and you'll get the voucher the same day hopefully

Does buying 1520 from ATT qualify for the $20 voucher offer? Or is it just from microsoftstore?
