How to Update my phone by NSU retail ??

Hi guys ,

I have problem when trying to update my phone using NSU retail 3.0.8 .
When i connect my phone using usb it doesnt go to next page .,..

can anyone tell the steps to upgrade to my phone to GDR2 using NSU ..

how to connect and how to update my lumia 620 .?????

i have tired using nokia ovi suite also but it says ur phone must b in usb mode but i cant find usb mode in my lumia 620



pls help me guyss

Can you reupload the images bigger? I can't really make out what the image says as it's so small and in the corner. With my 920 I had to connect the phone via USB, start the NSU retail and the message appeared in the program that there was an update available. You need to compare the firmware version of your current software, which you can find in the bottom left, and the firmware number that appears in the centre of the screen. If the centre number is higher (a later revision of the software) you need to press the install button (big blue button) and it does the rest for you.

Hi tried to upgrade using nokia care suite but its saying to get in pc suite mode how to get in pc suite mode using lumia 620 .
After installing NSU i connected my phone but its not showing any progress ..... whic id and password its asking here

when i connect my phone it get this screen

how to go to next screen ?

ya i tried using nokia account but it was in vain ...

This video has a step-by-step process. It seems to pretty much ignore the dropdown from what I can see.
