Just got it on Flex Pay. I've been using both Android and WP for a long time, but I've been excited about the 635 since it was announced. I'm not setting the bar too high simply because I don't need to, my needs are modest at best. I think this will be a great upgrade from the 521 considering what I use my phone for.

I bought mine yesterday (07/10/2014) and it shipped today (07/11/2014) via UPS SurePost!
Sure wish it was shipped through UPS Ground or USPS directly instead.

Update: I just got mine today (07/16/2014) along with my blue Coloud Pop Nokia branded Headphones!
Now I'm just waiting for my green Nokia MD-12 Portable Wireless Speaker & blue Mozo Flip Cover.

Yes, all windows phones on tmobile have it, and most if not all androids i believe. Definitely all windows phones though.

No Glance, LTE is typical T-mobile crazy fast (in good signal areas)
It is a CAT 3 device but I regularly see 20 to 38 meg downloads
