HTC giving anyone else the runaround?

Same here. Got a call yesterday and one today from 2 different HTC reps about them working on a fix. I didn't get a timetable either. Oh well, still good news!

If anyone gets a call like that ask how will we know when an update is available? And how will we get it to our phones? Like they say the devil is in the details.

Now... WHY couldn't they have acknowledged it before the returns?!


But hey...maybe the mass returns last weekend of people complaining about call quality WAS why they are now aware.
