Boxing day meal. Went vegetarian. Lots of vegetarian restaurants around.

I had a seitan burger and my wife had crumbed tofu.

Saturday Breakfast - Omelet made with egg whites, risotto, asparagus and topped with black olives. Mash potatoes and bread dressing.

A killer almond cake that one of my coworkers brought in today from her favorite bakery.

Saturday Late Lunch - Hot wings from my local grocery store. I think their idea of hot sauce is ketchup with a little vinegar. It's really mild. :straight:

After a few beers and potato chips I found the Pillsbury cookie dough and heated some in the convection oven for 12 minutes...

Monday Breakfast - Omelet made with egg whites, black olives, green olives and celery, Sourdough toast.

Monday Dinner - Baked ham rolls. I just rolled out some pizza dough, cut it to the size of the ham, rolled it up and baked it for 15 minutes.

Tuesday Breakfast - Hash browns with onion, green olives and black olives.

Last night's dinner at a Flexarian restaurant (vegetation, raw and fish). I'll have to explain the dishes.

First up. Grilled watermelon and goat cheese. Then my wife's spicy spaghetti. My tuna burger with roast carrots and wasabi mayo. Dessert was grilled carrot cake with cashew cream and mint sorbet. My wife's, an avocado cheese cake.
